How Groups Work
1. Create a group per department (e.g. "Sales", "Engineering", "Finance", "Default").
2. Add allowed domains specific to each group's needs.
3. New clients register into the Default group automatically.
4. Go to Clients and assign each laptop to the correct group.
5. Within 60 seconds, the client receives that group's policy and applies it.
